         Gatty’s family had some problems. One of his brothers died in a car accident and the other one died of using too much drug. Until he turned 45, Getty said, “If I had died 10 years ago, I don’t know what you would have put on my tombstone.”
         He said he didn’t want to own a business again because he already had enough money. He said that writers are remembered for a long time, but businessmen are forgotton quickly.
