My name is Bill, and I am in the third year of junior high
school. I usually wake up at around six in the morning and
leave the house at about twenty-five to seven. I go to school
by bus every day, and it takes me fifty minutes to get there.
However, I sometimes take a taxi when I’m running late.
At school, math used to give me a big headache because it
was my worst subject, but that has all changed. Last semester,
Ms. Miller started teaching math at my school, and she really
knew what she was doing. Also, when I asked questions I
couldn’t really understand, she would love to explain again and
again until I got the points. I truly like her and her class, and I
am doing much better in math now.
Of all my subjects, I like history the best. Mr. Brown
knows a lot about it and tells interesting stories about famous
people from all over the world in class. Between classes, I
always play basketball with my classmates, Curry and James.
We also have lunch together every day.
After school, I take a bus home. I usually spend two
hours doing my homework and studying for tests. When I
finish, it’s usually about the time that my mother comes home
from work. We have dinner together every day. I watch
sports on TV for one hour, and then I go to bed at ten. This is
a typical day of my life.
