(二) Jay can run very fast, and he runs faster than anyone else in his town. One day a thief came into his house, took some things and ran away. Jay ran after him, and cried out, “Hey! Stop! Stop! Don’t you know you can’t get away?” But the thief ran faster than Jay. Jay was very angry. He tried his best, and finally he outran the thief. But Jay didn’t stop. He kept on when he met a friend. His friend asked him, “What are you doing?” “I am trying to catch a thief,” Jay answered. “But where is the thief?” Jay’s friend asked. “He is behind me. He thinks he runs faster than me. But as you can see, he is wrong!” Jay said.
