Tommywas good at computer games and was also top of his class in computersat school. However, he loved playing computer games for hours in hisroom and often only stopped to eat. He ate chips and burgers anddrank Coke all day.

 Astime passed, he put on more and more weight. He knew how peoplelooked at him and laughed behind his back. Soon he became quitedepressed. He made himself feel better by playing more games and byeating more food. Tommy hated his body so much that he even avoidedlooking in mirrors.

WhenTommy collapsed at school one day, unable to breathe, he was rushedto hospital. The doctor diagnosed asthma and told his parents thathis weight was dangerous for his health. The doctor gave Tommy astrict diet and exercise plan to follow and asked his parents toencourage him to stick to it.

AsTommy slowly lost weight, more people encouraged him. At school,other kids started talking to him and asked for his help incomputers. The teachers praised him for continuing his exercise.Finally, when Tommy was able to look in the mirror with confidenceand admire himself, he knew he had won.
