DOs and DON'Ts
1. Always stay in character.
We want our guests to believe that everything they see is real in the Ghost House. Stay in your costume and act in character even if you are on your way to take a break.
2. Scare EVERYONE!
All of our guests have paid to be scared, so don't let them down. Please scare them all； don't miss anyone!
3. Take care of the props and the displays.
We spent months and thousands of dollars putting everything together. If the guest is trying to touch the props or the displays, warn them by saying "no touching" in your character voice.
4. Know the floor plan.
All workers must know the nearest exit and how to help the guests get out quickly.
5. Do not touch the guests, and don't let them touch you.
A scared guest might think you are attacking them, so remember to stay at least one meter away from the guests.Warn them if a guest is trying to touch you!
6. Do not take your camera and smartphone with you.
First, we don't want our guests to see the ghosts talking on the phone. Second, please don't share any photos and videos you take in the Ghost House on the Net or with your friends. If your friends are interested in the Ghost House, tell them to visit our website.
7. Do not eat or drink in front of the guests.
It's fine to bring some snacks and drinks with you, but all food and drinks must be hidden out of sight of the guests. Also, the guests are not here to experience the smell of what you eat or drink, so do not bring fried chicken or stinky tofu!
