epigenetic regulation主要指對DNA/histone進行的共價修飾，不會直接改變DNA序列，但可以調節transcription(基因表現)的活性。3抗體相關免疫細胞的成熟涉及VDeJ，是DNA的直接重組，會改變DNA序列 (方式為NHEJ)免疫細胞有DNA變化的有Somatic hypermutation, class switching或isotype switching4為transcription後的調節，比較不符合定義因此此題選34(D)但廣義上我覺得，沒牽涉鹼基改變而能調節最終產物表現量，應該也要算到才對.... 各位可以自由心證，再看看老師給不給
