（二）  Dear Mr. Tien,          My name is Billy, and I am your neighbor next door.You may be confused to get this letter because you are newin this building and doesn’t know many people here. But thefact is, I need to talk to you about something you have done.And these things really give me a headache. I know you are   hospitable  . That means you enjoy being together withfriends. You keep holding parties and inviting friends home.I can understand that you want to spend time having funwith your friends, but sometimes you get too loud. You singand shout even at midnight. Because of the noise you make,I can’t sleep at all. When you are partying, your pet dogsbark loudly, too. And this makes things even worse. Themost terrible thing is that every time you finish your party,you just put all the trash in front of you door and do notthrow it away. It gives off bad smell and attracts lots of bugsand cockroaches. All the neighbors are unhappy, but theydon’t know what to do about it.         So, Mr. Tien, if you care about how your neighborsfeel, you should try to make some changes. First of all, youhave to avoid making so much noise when it’s late. Thinkabout those neighbors who might need to get up early forschool or work. Also, you need to take care of your dogs.Don’t let them bark late at night and disturb others. Last,you should clean your trash and keep our apartmentbuildings clean. The trash car comes at seven every evening,and if you need any help, I would be glad to give you ahand.
