I am writing to apply for the Executive Assistant position currently advertised by TheCulinary Institute of America's Sydney Campus. After completing my nursing degreeat Queensland University, I have come to realize that my true passion lies in theculinary industry. 
Though I have spent the past few years pursuing a nursing degree, I have alwaysbeen passionate about cooking and have spent much of my free time exploringdifferent cuisines and experimenting with recipes. I am now eager to pursue a careerin the culinary industry and believe that working as an Executive Assistant at TheCulinary Institute of America's Sydney Campus will provide me with an excellentopportunity to do so.
