(A)You are valuable for who you are, and nothing anyone says or does can change that.
(B) If that’s you, don’t respond by hurting others; instead deal with your emotional pain by treating others well.
(C)Yet, bullying is not only physical, but it also involves verbal abuse, such as questions or words designed to embarrass people or making jokes at others’ expense.
(D) If you’re being bullied, don’t try to face it alone, but ask a parent or other trusted adult for help.    Bullying is a serious problem happening in our daily life. Some people may think of bullying as one child hitting or pushing another.   57     According to surveys, many bullies were once victims of bullying themselves or faced other difficult experiences, so now they bully others to feel powerful.   58     You should be kind to others despite the fact that you might think that bullying makes you feel powerful. In fact, bullying doesn’t really give you strength but it does show your weakness.   59       Similarly, in places where bullying happens, stay close to a friend since bullies often target people who are isolated.   Finally, remember that what’s happening is not your fault. The nasty things bullies say reflect who they are, not who you are.   60
