       Tennis is a very popular sport. One of the biggest names in the tennis worldis Roger Federer. He’s one of the greatest players in history. Some people evencall him a living legend.
       Federer was born in Switzerland. He began playing tennis when he waseight. During his tennis career, Federer has won 20 Grand Slam titles in men’ssingles tennis. That’s the most titles for one man to have in tennis history. Healso has the most Wimbleton titles. He won eight of them. However, his list ofachievements doesn’t stop there. Federer still has lots of power on the tenniscourt. He has it off the court, too.
       When Federer isn’t busy on the court, he’s busy helping kids. At home, hehelps take care of his two sets of twins. The first are girls, and the second areboys. In Switzerland and in Africa, he is also helping children in need.
       In 2003, Federer started the Roger Federer Foundation. Through it, over amillion kids were able to go to and stay in school. They also got to learn aboutsports and make it part of their lives.
       Federer believes everyone has the right to a good education. It helps themdevelop their minds and bodies. It also helps them make the world a betterplace. Federer certainly practices the idea of paying love forward. Without histennis playing and his big heart, the world would be a different place.
