問題詳情

(V) Picture it. You have just gotten into a car, and in no time at all, it drives you home. Thesurprising thing is that the steering wheel doesn’t need to be touched or controlled. Also, thepedals don’t have to be pushed to make the car go or stop, and you don’t have to pay any mind toor see what’s happening on the roads. What’s more, no person has been paid to do all that for you. That’s because the car is doing it by itself. You might be wondering if you are dreaming, but youare not because it is in fact a driverless car.    A driverless car is also called a self-driving car, and it works just like a traditional one. Thebiggest difference between them is that the driverless car doesn’t need a person to control it. Thecar can sense what is around it. Also, it is built with so much new technology that it knows where itis and where it is going. A lot of great things are going to come about because of driverless cars, such as fewer problems on the roads. At the moment, models are being tested. However, it won’tbe long before driverless cars are actually seen on the roads.
