雖然我不知道Ａ是什麼，不過 Probucol 有提到可以增加 ApoE messenger RNA 的合成，作用包含 LDL 被代謝 + 使 HDL ↓ (少見!!)，副作用包含 QT 波延長然後 cholesteryl ester transfer protein 在 Foye 7版的 Fibrate 有提到，HDL ↑ 和 apoA-I、apoA-II 增加，及 cholesteryl ester transfer protein 活性降低有關供大家參考，大家加油！Ref：藥理學國考六十天、Foye 7版 P834
