課本敘述:Sanger sequencing:Each ddNTP is derivatized with a fluorescent dye(螢光染色), each of a different color. Thus, each fragment has a distinct color based upon the identity of the ddNTP that terminated the sequencing reaction. This allows all four reaction mixtures to be resolved in one lane of a sequencing gel, permitting analysis of far more DNA in one sequencing operation.
