      Zhuang-zhi (莊子) is one of the most famous philosophers in Chinese history. Here’s one of his fables.
      Once upon a time, there was a man   (31)     hated his own shadow. He thought his shadow was like a large black hole   (32)    followed him every place he went.   (33)    made things worse was, his shadow always did the exact things he   (34)   . On a beautiful sunny day, he ran happily under the sun, and   (35)   . A few minutes later, he stopped running and started shouting at his shadow: “You are so annoying.         He started running crazily under the sun. Unluckily, the faster he ran, the faster his shadow chased. He never stopped, and   (37)   . Before long, he died of exhaustion.
