open to question 還有討論的餘地/還有商量的空間The fact (that he will come or not) is still open to question 用來修fact這一句如果要改的話，我個人認為The fact is (that he will come or not is still open to question.) ( )來做主詞的補語個人的解釋 如有錯請糾正~謝謝整句:Whether he will come or not is still open to question 他是否來到與否，尚是一個未知數。

改成 The fact that "whether" he will come or not is still open to question.或是The fact that "whether or not" he will come is still open to question.或是"Whether" the fact that he will come or not is still open to question.
