1.phenytoin主要由肝代謝成inactive met.，<5% unchanged exc. in the urine→不須腎調*TDM:須依clcr, albumin校正https://dlweb01.tzuchi.com.tw/dl/Med/tdm/Phenytoin.pdf2.valproic acid由肝代謝成glucuronide conjugate(30-50%)，40%藉由mitochondrial beta-oxidation代謝exc: urine(30-50% as glucuronide conjugate, <3% as unchanged)→不須腎調(但clcr<10建議監測free form，因腎功能太差也會使蛋白結合率下降)→中重度肝功能不全:不建議3.levetiracetam2/3 exc. unchanged in the urine→需腎調4.topiramateprimarily exc. unchanged in the urine→需腎調(腎結石不良反應)5.pregabalinalmost exc. unchanged in the urine→需腎調===解題技巧:phenytoin和depakine*算是DDI的常客，那麼受肝的影響會比較大
