這題我也被騙了，查了一下線上英文字典(http://www.thefreedictionary.com/turn+off)才發現學英文那麼多年來也沒注意其中的差別，以下是我看完後的理解，希望對你有幫助：turn off：是指關掉(to shut off)某個開關或有形的機器，例如turn off TV, turn off the radioturn out：也有關掉(to shut off)的意思，不過後面接的東西比較抽象，以此題為例turn out lights的light可以理解成燈光。
