問題詳情

五、閱讀測驗
These days, more and more data is not stored on our computers, USB sticks, or memory cards, but in the cloud. When you store something in the cloud, you basically store it on the Internet. This makes it easy for you to get it anywhere in the world and saves you space on your own personal devices.
But what are the risks of cloud computing? Recently several famous people had their private pictures stolen from the cloud! If you think about it, this is a lot like keeping your money in a bank. Assoon as you trust someone else to guard your things, you automatically take on some risks. Banks get robbed, too, but rarely.
There are a couple of things you can do to lower the risks. First: do your homework. Only trust your data to cloud companies that are able to protect it well. Second: if you really want to keep it secret, don’t put it in the cloud!
