Two Norwegians, Henrik Elvestad and Johan Golden, created the sport in2011. They did so because playing ordinary soccer was boring. They wanted to make a change to it. What came to theirmind was that the soccer players often got hurt. So their new soccer had to keep the players safe. And the best way was tocover the players with bubble. For the player to kick the soccer, the bubble only covered the upper part of the body. Thatmeans, both of the players’ hands were fixed in the big plastic bubble and the only part they could use was their legs. In thisway, it became hard for a player to make a move. When the player wanted to kick the soccer, he had to try hard to bump theother players. A bump always turned into a funny sight. All the players fell on the ground.
       Although some people think bubble soccer isn’t real soccer, many people still enjoy playing it. That’s because bubblesoccer is a real sport to them. It lets people do exercise and brings them great fun.
