羅莎·路易絲·麥考利·帕克斯（Rosa Louise McCauley Parks，1913年2月4日－2005年10月24日）是一位美國黑人民權行動主義者，美國國會後來稱她為「現代民權運動之母」。當年實施吉姆克勞法，有白人與黑人分開座位的規定，在1955年12月1日，帕克斯因拒絕聽從公車司機詹姆斯.F.布萊克（James Blake）的命令，不肯將其使用的「白人座位」，讓位給一名白人乘客而被警方逮捕，從此一「佔」成名。這起非暴力反抗的行為引發聯合抵制蒙哥馬利公車運動（en），一場大規模反對種族隔離的運動。此外，這使參與聯合抵制的馬丁·路德·金開始在民權運動中引起注目。帕克斯已在全世界留下一筆永久遺產。http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E7%BE%85%E8%8E%8E%C2%B7%E5%B8%95%E5%85%8B%E6%96%AF
