【評論內容】 (A)自1970年，Methadone已被接受用於孕婦的鴉片藥物成癮治療自1998年，NIH也把methadone列為孕婦鴉片成癮的標準治療迄今，methadone 是 FDA唯一核准作為孕婦opioid addiction之替代治療Methadone has been accepted since the late 1970 s to treat opioid addiction during pregnancy.Methadone maintenance was determined to be the standard of care for pregnant women with opiate addiction by a 1998 National Institutes of Health (NIH) consensus panel.Currently, methadone is the only opioid medication approved by the FDA for medication-assisted treatmentof opioid addiction in pregnant patients(B)Methadone 作用時間長 (half-life (8-59 hours))，一天使用一次即可(C)Methadone是管制藥品，有濫用嫌疑，不能讓病人帶回家自行服用，通常需在醫院護理師監督下服藥完成，還要回收空瓶(D)經由CYP3A4代謝，有交互作用Drugs that inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes (e.g.,erythromycin, diltiazem, ketoconazole, saquinavir) extend theduration of methadone’s effects
